• Service Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified deadline due to reasons solely within our control, a refund may be requested.

2. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is partially completed and you decide to discontinue, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be calculated based on the work already completed and the resources utilized up to that point.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed Projects: Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
• Third-Party Costs: Fees paid for domain registration, hosting, or premium plugins/software are non-refundable as these are paid to third-party providers.
• Client Delays: No refunds will be provided if the project is delayed or halted due to a lack of communication or delayed provision of necessary resources from the client's side.

4. Refund Request Process
